A BILL to amend and reenact section thirty-five, article two, chapter twenty of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to the period during which a hunting and fishing license is valid.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section thirty-five, article two, chapter twenty of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 2. WILDLIFE RESOURCES.

§20-2-35. Period during which license valid.

Licenses and permits provided by this chapter shall be valid through the last day of the calendar for one year for which they are from the date they are issued unless otherwise provided by law.



NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to permit hunting and fishing licenses to be valid for one year from the date of issue.
